Mr. Besenius has over 25 years experience in the global investment banking and securities industry.
Prior to founding Creative Global Investments LLC in 2002, he held positions in New York as executive director with Banca IMI/San Paolo Securities, Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Lehman Brothers, Smith NewCourt and Deutsche Bank Securities, where he was responsible for developing and managing their US international institutional equities sales divisions.
Mr. Besenius started his career in the financial services industry in Luxembourg/Europe in 1983 with Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant, servicing European institutional clients in various product areas before he moved to the US, where he worked and resided for 20 years. During those 20 years Mr. Besenius has been responsible for the successful distribution and allocation for the US tranches of more than 250 equity capital markets transactions (IPO’s, secondary offerings and private placements) with origination on 5 continents and in over 40 countries, and totaling over $240 BN in market capitalization.
Mr. Besenius studied Global Economics in Europe and the US. He is perfectly fluent in English, German, French and Luxembourgish. Mr. Besenius is married and has three sons.
